Facebook is trying another business discovery apparatus that will show up under posts and promotions in your News Feed. The element will incite you to choose themes you’re keen on, and will at that point present you with suggested content from organizations dependent on your decisions.
Facebook Gives More Publicity to Businesses
Facebook announced the business discovery tool in a post on the Facebook for Business blog, and notes that the feature may help users “discover and consider new businesses they might not have found on their own.”
The element will show a progression of related pictures underneath posts and promotions from organizations that sell food, garments, excellence items, and that’s just the beginning. You would then be able to tap on a picture that intrigues you, and you’ll be given a feed of suggested organizations.
This update is likely a reaction to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency policy, which forces apps to ask for permission to track users’ data. Facebook has complained that this policy will hurt small businesses that advertise on the platform, and has even gone so far as to roll out a notification that encourages iOS users to opt-in to activity tracking.
